Too bad it looks like everyone is going out of business in the space. It seems like a good idea. I looked at ship2storage just now and I am not sure if I misread it but it sounds like they are just putting my stuff in a garage basically. They listed climate control as an added expense and not part of their normal service. I would think they would be using some sort of warehouse instead of just stuffing my boxes in a garage type storage unit.

Guess I will keep looking. Anyone know if the other guys left standing have everything climate controlled?

I looked into other options too — Clutter Free box (out of business) and Storage By Mail.

In the end, I went with Ship2Storage too– I like the fact that I can use my own boxes, and didn’t have to fit my stuff to a specific size box. I had to get out of my place fast, and I didn’t have time to wait for boxes to show up. I had an oversize box too, and I just called them for a quote. Price was also MUCH cheaper, especially for the plans. Website is not bad, and probably better than strg by the box.

I’m pretty happy so far.

Storage by the Box I believe is out of business! On their sign-up page they state that they are no longer taking boxes…. I have been using a awsome service called
